Shipping Information

Upper Canada Soap ships orders by ground within one business day. Shipping times vary from two to seven days relative to your location (i.e. West Coast locations, Southern states, and rural locations may take longer). A full tracking number is provided with all orders allowing you to track your order's progress.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping to all Canadian and US residents, with few exceptions.*

Purchases $30 or less; shipping costs $15.00

Purchases $30 - $75; shipping costs $10.00

Purchases $75 and over; shipping is FREE!

* This shipping policy is not available for addresses in Nunavut (NV), Northwest Territories (NWT), the Yukon (YK), Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and other remote Canadian or US areas. This policy also does not apply to wholesaler/trade orders (i.e. your standard terms & conditions will apply).

* To reiterate, shipments that require extra shipping charges imposed by our carrier may not qualify for free or flat rate shipping in Canada or the US. This is a rare occurrence and applies to shipments of excessive weight or shipments to extremely rural areas. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss any additional shipping fees that may be required. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Free Shipping

All orders that are over $75.00 before any applicable taxes are shipped to you... FOR FREE!

Note: This offer has the same restrictions as the flat rate shipping above; i.e. it isn't available for customers living in remote provinces, territories or states, or other extremely rural or secluded areas, or wholesale/trade orders as above.

Tracking Your Order

Confirmation with Tracking Number

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. In the unlikely event you didn't receive your confirmation email with a number, please let us know.

My Parcel is Late. Where is it?

Did you receive your confirmation email with tracking number?
Please track the whereabouts of your parcel on the website of the applicable courier company before asking us to locate it for you. Parcel traces can only be made by us 24 hours AFTER the expected delivery date has gone.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and security are extremely important to us. First and foremost we will not share any of the information you provide us to anyone else. We know how important information safety is to you and you can be sure that we are dedicated to keeping your information safe.

When you sign up to our site you only need to create a user name and password. The purpose of creating an account is to ensure that you can take advantage of all the features and conveniences we have built into our website.

When you enter any additional information to your account (payment information or address) the details are only linked to your account and will be used strictly for shipping purposes.

Please note that your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) may also save your account information through ‘cookies’ – this is a personal feature of your own web browsing experience and can be enabled or disabled through your browser. If you do disable cookies it should be noted that some site functionality may not operate as smoothly.

Returns & Replacements

At Upper Canada Soap quality and customer satisfaction are a top priority. If you find that there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email at email@uppercanadasoap.com with details of your issue within one week (7 days) of receipt of merchandise. We will review your claim and respond within 48 business hours. Make sure to include your order number, package tracking number, order details and cost to help us help you quickly and easily. Note that unless there are manufacturing or physical product issues, we cannot offer refunds on products that have been used or have a broken seal.
