When Ordering

• Minimum order: $300 for first-time orders; $150 for re-orders.
• Items must be ordered according to the pack-size quantities specified in the catalog.

Payment Terms

• Opening orders can be prepaid with company cheque, or Visa/MasterCard.
• When prepaying please add 12% for shipping and handling. This is only an estimate and the actual charges may be different. Any variance in the shipping and handling costs will be applied to your account.
• If prepaying by cheque, please allow 2 weeks for cheque clearance.
• Using a credit card or a money order ensures a timely shipment.
• Net 30 terms: Please contact Upper Canada Soap for credit application, or submit your own credit form with complete trade and bank references. Upon approval, terms will be established for re-orders.
• Returned cheques: Upper Canada Soap will apply a $25 fee to your account for cheques that are refused by your bank due to non-sufficient funds.

Processing

Shipping

Special routing information must be specified or Upper Canada Soap will ship at its own discretion. Due to the nature of our products, some items will be shipped in oversized cartons, which may result in higher freight costs.

Canada

FOB is Mississauga, ON for Canadian orders. For customers inside Canada we ship Canpar, UPS, Canada Post and LTL common carriers.

USA

FOB point is Niagara Falls, NY for US.
For customers inside the United States, we ship via UPS, FedEx and LTL common carriers.

Returns/Claims/Damages

If you find that you are not satisfied or there is a problem with your order, claims must be made in writing and received by Upper Canada within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims can be sent by mail or fax. Invoice number and date must be specified. Merchandise refused or returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Return Authorization numbers (RA#) issued by Upper Canada Soap must be listed on all cartons and documents.
